Mutations in the TBK1 gene are a leading cause of glaucoma that occurs in patients with low intraocular pressures (normal tension glaucoma). We report at 20 year clinical follow up on patients with TBK1 glaucoma that shows this glaucoma is progressive, severe, and that it may respond to pressure lowering treatments.
